Financial control of HSC funds is governed by the Financial Policy Manual.
On first joining the club, a new member must fill out a Membership Card. Membership Application Card (Print it out, fill it out, and submit it to a club officer for membership.) Each year at dues renewal, every member must submit a signed waiver. This waiver is also required of non-members before they will be allowed to participate in an HSC event. This on-line waiver must be printed out, filled out by hand, and submitted to an HSC officer or the event sponsor.
