Varmint Rifle Fun Shoot

Saturday Morning, March 4th

At the New River 1 desert shooting spot

All targets will be reactive, and at unknown distances, simulating a real varmint shoot.
We will take one shot each, and score every shot.

Due to the ongoing ammo/component shortage, for shots less than 350 yards, you
will need to use a .22 CF rifle (.222, .223, .22-250, etc.). For longer shots, calibers
up to 7mm Mag will be allowed. No FMJ or tracer ammo!

Bring your most-accurate centerfire rifle(s), at least fifty (50) rounds of ammunition, eye and ear protection, a chair, and your own refreshments. Shade is your option. Binoculars are a ‘must bring’ as well. Be there early enough to have your setup done and begin firing at 8:00 AM. The event will end no later than 11:00 AM.

Since the location is in the desert, you need to also bring your own bench, or bi-pod, or at least cross-sticks.

No Entry Fee.
Guests are welcome to participate.

No prizes awarded,
Bring your own refreshments.
