Each year at dues renewal, every member must submit a signed
waiver. This waiver is also required of non-members before they
will be allowed to participate in an HSC event. This on-line
waiver must be printed out, filled out by hand, and submitted to
an HSC officer or the event sponsor. Event Sponsors: Print
out several copies to have them available for non-members who show
up at your event.
