Registration begins at 8:00 AM
Match starts at 8:30 AM.
A “Light Rifle” is any rifle chambered for .22 caliber rimfire cartridges
having a trigger pull of not less than 2 pounds,
and weighing less than 8½ pounds complete with sights.
Telescopic sights are permitted within the 8½ pound weight limit.
Rifles are not regulated according to action type. Bolt-action, slide-
action, lever-action, and self-loading rifles are all equally useful.
Slings, palm rests and schutzen-type buttplates are prohibited.
The course of fire will be 2 strings of unlimited sighting shots plus 20
record shots each from standing, kneeling, and prone positions. All firing
will be at 50 yards. Time limits will be 30 minutes per string for standing
and kneeling positions and 20 minutes per string from the prone position.
Since there are unlimited sighters,
there will be no practice before the match.
